SITIS'09

Final paper submission

The proceedings of SITIS 2009 will be published and indexed by IEEE CPS. Final papers must comply to IEEE CPS pdf specifications. An author kit for final paper instructions is available at the url link below. To submit your final paper you need to do the following:

• STEP 1 Author registration (Firm DEADLINE October 28, 2009): No paper will be included in the final proceedings if one of the authors is not not registered to present the paper at the conference. To register please CLICK on this link and follow registration intructions

• STEP 2 submit final paper to IEEE CPS (Firm Deadline October 31, 2009) : To load and directly submit your paper go to the IEEE CPS link for final paper submission and instruction

• STEP 3: update submission informatioon on the conference easychair systemn (Firm DEADLINE October 31st, 2009): the updated information is needed for the FINAL PROGRAM and for making CD copies of the proceedings to be distributed at the conference. To make sure that the CD and Final program are based on information that correspond to your final paper in the IEEE proceedings you must go back to the online paper submission system SITIS Easychair Online Submission to :
  • replace the initial pdf of your paper by the final paper submitted at the IEEE sitewith the final paper
  • correct the paper title and author list to comply with the paper submitted to the IEEE site

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by the IEEE Computer Society and referenced in IEEE Xplore and major indexes. A selection of accepted papers will be considered for publication as a journal special issue.
